Playful Pinwheels. Cookies are always a joy to make and eat, but they’re especially fun when worked into party décor. Here, pinwheel-shaped sugar cookies are mounted on dowel rods with thick royal icing. Once the icing has thoroughly dried (usually overnight), the cookie-pinwheels are safe to lift and arrange however you like.
