A Road Trip to Remember:
Cookie Swap 2010 Tour Continues, Though More Gently!
The response to Cookie Swap from booksellers and cooking schools has been amazing! With over 100 stops on her book tour already under her belt, Julia has recently been enjoying a much needed break!
In case you missed her 2009 journey, here’s a quick re-cap: Julia hit the road in early August and traveled south from her summertime residence in Stonington, Maine to her childhood home in Guilford, Connecticut, visiting as many New England cities as she could. Between September and November, she made pit stops in St. Louis (her current hometown), Kansas City, Chicago, Portland (OR), Denver, Boulder, San Francisco, Seattle, and New England for a repeat of her summer performance. She wrapped up her 2009 tour in December with a variety of appearances in the midwest. If you couldn’t make it to a 2009 Cookie Swap event, no worries! Julia’s got some exciting hands-on classes and demos lined up for 2010 - plus, you can always email her to ask about private events!
