In this video, I aim to demystify the various papers with a thorough discussion of their differing compositions and handling characteristics. With Edible Papers 101 under your belt, you can say so long to second-guessing which paper is best for which cookie decorating task! Hi Julia,  I have a question,  I am wondering if the edible printed papers can be used on pie crust.  I am new to thi project, really just looking into it.  I do make a lot of pies, and think it could be a great addition.  Thanks for your info.  Becky     330-502-9722

Hi, Becky, I’m not 100 percent sure because I’ve never tried it, but I think you might have some difficulty sticking wafer paper onto baked pie crust, since it doesn’t stick well to naked baked cookies. Frosting sheets, which are thicker and heavier than wafer paper, would probably stick though. They adhere well to naked cookies with a thin smear of corn syrup. Hope this helps - let me know what happens when you try it.
